COVID Safety Protocols

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact our region, we want to make sure you have access to the steps we are taking here at Farrelli’s to ensure the safety of our guests and staff alike.  We will aim to keep this page updated as often as possible.

UPDATE 3/12/22:  There are no longer any mask, occupancy, or vaccine mandates in any of the counties that we operate in.  As we have from the beginning of the pandemic, we will continue to follow all federal, state, county and city health mandates.  Since there are currently no longer any mandates, we look forward to seeing all of your mask-less, smiling faces!  Should you desire to still wear a mask, rest assured that is completely fine with our staff as well.  Your safety and comfort is our primary concern.  Welcome back!

UPDATE 10/25/21:  KING COUNTY ONLY (Maple Valley Farrelli’s) – Per the King County Order, effective today we are required to check the vaccination status of all dine-in guests.  Any guest over the age of 12 must provide proof of full vaccination status or produce a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to your visit in order to dine-in.  Any guest wishing to place or pick-up a take-out order is not required to comply with this mandate, nor are those wishing to dine outside.  We are working swiftly to provide comfortable outdoor dining options for those who do not wish to supply either a negative test or a valid vaccination card.

UPDATE 9/1/21:  Masks are once again required by the state whenever you are not seated at your table.

UPDATE 7/1/21:  WE ARE OFFICIALLY BACK OPEN 100%!!!  Come on in and belly up to the bar for the first time in a year and a half!!!

UPDATE 6/1/21:  All of our locations are now back open for dine-in service at 50% capacity with no bar rail service.  All stores are now operating at from 11am – 10pm Sunday – Thursday and 11am – 11pm on Friday & Saturday.  Currently a maximum of 10 people can be seated at a table.  Face coverings are required unless seated and/or fully vaccinated.

UPDATE 2/1/21:  All of our locations are now back open for dine-in service, albeit at limited seating capacity (25%) and no bar rail service.  All stores are now operating at from 11am – 10pm daily with the exception of Ruston which is closing at 9pm daily.  Currently a maximum of six people can be seated at a table from a maximum of two separate households.  We will also keep our outdoor tents heated and staffed at the stores that were able to get them installed, to serve as many people as possible. Please be mindful of social distancing and extend patience with our staff as they continue to work through this new normal.  All takeout orders will continue to be curbside pick-up, please call the store when you arrive.  Welcome back!

UPDATE 1/11/21:  Washington State entered the new regional phased recovery plan.  Our locations fall under two different regions.  We are currently in Phase one in all regions which means we cannot seat indoors for dining.  When Phase 2 is approved we will be able to seat at 25% capacity indoors.  In the meantime, we are open from 11am-10pm daily for curbside pickup and delivery and we have installed heated covered tents for at-store dining.

UPDATE 11/18/20:  Per the Governor’s new mandates which eliminate indoor dining until at least December 14th, we are back to take-home and delivery ordering only.  We have modified our store hours to be 11am – 10pm daily.

UPDATE 7/7/20:  Per the state’s ‘No Mask, No Service’ mandate, we are obligated to require guests to wear a cloth face covering in all common areas of the restaurant.  You may remove your mask once seated at your table.  The exceptions to this mandate are children under the age of 5 and adults with a medical condition that would prevent the use of a mask.  If you have a medical condition that prevents facial covering, please inform the host upon arrival.  Should you choose not to cover your face for social reasons, we cannot legally permit entry into the establishment at this time.  However, we would be happy to make alternate accommodations such as curbside delivery or online ordering for delivery.  Please be patient with our staff as they are trying their best to ensure the safety of all guests and to remain compliant with all applicable state and federal laws.

UPDATE 6/15/20:  All of our locations are now back open for dine-in service, albeit at limited seating capacity and no bar rail service.  All stores are now operating at from 11am – 10pm Sunday to Thursday, and 11am – Midnight Friday & Saturday.  Please be mindful of social distancing and extend patience with our staff as they work through this new normal.  All takeout orders will continue to be curbside pick-up, please call the store when you arrive.  Welcome back!

UPDATE 3/16/20:  Per the state mandate to close dine-in service at all restaurants and bars statewide as of midnight tonight, we made the decision to suspend dine-in service as of this morning.  You can still order for takeout or delivery through our website or app CLICK HERE, and for takeout over the phone.  We have modified our hours of operation to 11am -9pm daily, and have removed the order minimum for all online orders.  Stay tuned and thank you for your continued support during these challenging times.
