Meet The Coordinator
Hi, I’m Emilie. I’ve been part of the restaurant world for as long as I can remember, officially joining Farrelli’s in 2006. What began as an after-school job quickly turned into a lifelong passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked my way through nearly every front-of-house role, eventually becoming a General Manager and leading four Farrelli’s locations during my 11-year leadership career.
Today, I serve as the Events Manager for Farrelli’s, overseeing private bookings at the Rainier Room in Sumner and the Commencement Room at Point Ruston. With over two decades of hands-on experience, I understand how special life’s milestones are—and how important it is to get the details right.
My goal is simple: to make the booking process as seamless as possible and to ensure every aspect of your event exceeds expectations. Whether you’re planning a team celebration, wedding event, or birthday gathering, I’m here to help make it memorable, meaningful, and stress-free.
