Q: How can I be sure my points were transferred over from my old Fire Club account?
A: You must register for the app with the same email address you received your previous Fire Club communications at. That is the email that was migrated into the new app with any existing points or rewards that you had.
Q: Where in the app can I find my point balance?
A: On the top right corner of the screen is your profile icon. In your profile you will see a card with a dollar balance and a scale of $0-$100 below the card. The scale indicates how many points your account currently has and the $ balance in the card represents any reward cash you have to spend on your next visit.
Q: What if I don’t see a point balance for my account?
A: If you had an existing point balance in the old Fire Club system but do not see it in the app, then the information (phone number and/or email address) that was entered into the app for registration does not match the information that was transferred in to app from the old system. That could either be due to the information transferred from the old system being inaccurate or the information entered into the app during registration having an error. In either case, we will have a form to fill out in the store that we will use to investigate your account and make any amendments to your point balance that are necessary.
Q: Where do my birthday and other rewards go on the app?
A: From the home screen if you click on the reward icon, any rewards that you have earned will appear here.
Q: What rewards can I earn in the app?
A: In addition to the $5 cash back for every $100 spent, you will get these rewards:
- A FREE order of signature breadstix or Firestix for registering your app
- You will get a FREE personal pizza on your birthday for redemption within one month.
- Other surprise rewards throughout the year.
Q: How do I earn points for my visit?
A: This part is really easy and really cool. From the home screen you will select the Scan icon. Your server will use their handheld terminal to scan your device. From that point forward your app is linked to your check for that visit and you will earn the points.
Q: How do I redeem a reward during my visit?
A: Following the same process described above, once you are connected to your check, your server will see any eligible rewards that you have in your account and will ask you if you would like to redeem one on that visit. The system is setup to allow for one reward redemption per visit.
Q: Can I redeem a reward on an online order through the app?
A: YES! In that case, you would simply go to your rewards on the app, select the one you would like to redeem through an online order and click, “order now.” From there the eligible item you order will be discounted in your cart.
Q: Will I earn points for any online order placed through the app?
A: Yes, you most certainly will!
Q: What if I forget my device, can I still get my points?
A: YES! We have the ability at the store to generate a QR code for your account to scan and connect you with your check. This process is a little more lengthy for our staff so we request that you make an effort not to utilize your app this way intentionally, but we can do it and we gladly will.
Q: What if I forget to scan my account at the store, can I still get my points after I am gone from the restaurant?
A: Unfortunately no, due to the efforts we have committed to either scan your device or generate a code for you should you forget your device in the store. We will make every effort to encourage you to do so for your check during your visit. We would encourage you to remind your server should they forget.
Q: Are there any new features on the horizon for the Fire Club?
A: We’re glad you asked. Within the next couple of months we will be introducing Tiered rewards to the app, where the higher the tier, the more points you will earn for dollars spent. Also, we are going to allow you to bank your points and have the ability to choose which rewards you would like to spend them on. So stay tuned!
